REFUND POLICY

RETURNS:

If you need to return any items contact us at support@ninjakicks.co. We accept returns of clean, unworn shoes within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been opened due to hygiene reasons.

REFUNDS:

We will notify you once we receive your return. We will then inspect the item and inform you of the status of your refund within three business days. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your method of payment's policies.
